Student Membership

The New Mexico Kachina chapter of STC welcomes student members. As a student member, you receive online access to the STC Intercom magazine and the Technical Communication journal, and membership in an unlimited number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and two chapters. Student members may select one professional chapter and one student chapter.

Student members do not vote in STC elections and must meet the eligibility requirements defined by the STC Bylaws. For more information, please see the STC web site.

These benefits allow students to better understand the practice of technical communication, learn networking skills, and appreciate the value of a professional community. By investing in our students, we also invest in the futures of STC and the profession.
